In case events make you belief that your account safety has been compromised you can lock down the account by using the account master password. All safety related data will be reset and resend to your email-address. Initiate Lockdown!

ACCOUNT SAFETY

Never ever tell ANYONE your password!
Even SEYKEN staff members won't ask you about your password. We don't even know it! Its encrypted in the database! It's common sense not to use passwords like: "1234", "qwertz" or "seyken123" - a good password is like "g8Qw34!D."

Never ever use thirdparty software for altering SEYKEN!
You must not attempt to use other programs (e.g. bots, macros or autominers) in conjunction with our game to give yourself an unfair advantage at the game. It will be detected and force us to ban your account, but even more hazardous they have only one goal -> stealing your account and ruin the game you love!

Never ever share your account!
Each account should only be used by ONE person. Account sharing is NOT allowed. You must not sell, transfer, share, or lend your account to anyone else.

Compromised accounts can't be restored!!
